While there are several classes that you can attend, a further very effective way to get the most from the available training is to opt for a One to One personal training session.
These sessions can be held at a range of venues, at times that suit your availability, at a pace that works for you and in a way that provides you the most benefit.
These sessions are bookable in 1 hour slots and can be for a discipline or fitness that you choose. Have you always wanted to develop towards a martial arts grading such as a Shotokan Karate black belt, do you want to improve your general fitness or would you like to learn a range of martial arts or techniques?
A personal 1:1 training session can help you to achieve those goals while fitting around your weekly schedule. All of the required equipment will be available to you in support of the training whether that is boxing gloves with kick pads or maybe just the required music to support a session of Tai Chi for health benefits
